Business conference and panel discussion “Luxembourg-Russia: changing regulatory landscape” (Chamber of Commerce, Luxembourg)

On 22nd March 2016, the Luxembourg - Russia Business Chamber together with EY Luxembourg organized a conference and a panel discussion “Luxembourg-Russia: changing regulatory landscape”.

The speakers at the event were Mr. Anton Ionov (EY Russia), Mr. Alain Goebel (Arendt & Medernach), Mr. Gergely Szatmari (EY Luxembourg) and Mr. Vitaly Bondar (ChristmannSchmitt). The speakers covered the following topics: Controlled foreign companies (CFC) law in Russia; Migration of companies to Luxembourg; Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS); Russian currency control laws.

The conference was moderated by Mr. Pavel Nesvedov (EY Luxembourg). The participants had a panel discussion and QAs from the audience at the end of the conference. About 85 people were present at this conference.
